Likte What a great find! Great setting, right on the river with easy access to it - perfect for canoeing, paddle boarding etc. Run by a really lovely family and friendly committee. Staff really welcoming and so helpful (especially when my friends car wouldn't start on bank holiday Monday!) The chairman and his family spent ages trying to get it started. Also great fun onsite over the Bank Holiday including live music, raffle, fete and quiz. Also pizza van and other food available on site on certain days. Great for kids with playground, volley ball and football goals on site. Cars do not remain on site after unloading etc - free car park next door - so really safe for children. Plenty of space and access to field for games. We had a really lovely stay - even though the weather was a bit hit and miss!!

Likte ikke Airplanes going over and sound of the road in the distance but didn't impact us at all as location with nearby shops and river and lovely people more than made up for it.
