Just to answer your points, the farm track down to us is just that a farm track so with larger vehicles it can take some negotiation, that said we have brought 35 x 12ft mobile homes down here so it is large enough for most things i think.
The showers.....they do take a battering in my reviews. They are cleaned regually and have been painted, new toilets and the actual showers are new, but i recognise they could still do with more work. I have already £1000's on trying to sort them out already, believe it or not. One problem is the water pressure and I am looking at solutions for this. It has been a re-occuring problem so it does need addressing, but when we are busy with many guests it can be an issue.
As i am sure you could see when you visited we are a work in progress and it takes a lot of pitch sales to move forward, but forward we are moving so i would hope if you revisit you will see the improvements. I am not sure which hose pipe you think needs replacing as this issue has not been reported by anyone and the customers hose pipe is new? but thank you i will double check

A long hose connected to the outside wall of the shower block for filling any water containers .....if any of these taps didn't work why didn't you use the 24 -hour Tel number?
That said I accept there was a problem with water starvation to the shower block causing both the ladies showers to stop working
Sadly again this was not reported to staff and was only discovered on a routine check

I actually disputed this review because the information in it is not correct
There is a hose pipe on mains water by the shower block, there is a hot and cold sink under cover in the main shower block for washing up. There is a cold water sink in the hay field as well so the "no water stand pipe anywhere" is not correct. As i repeatedly ask people to do if these guests had used the 24 hour mobile number i could have directed them to the water, or if they had listened to the information at check in or read the mainated information in the shower block.....
Excellent site with very clean facilities, lovely for children
