Ik was blij met Everything. Reception staff really helpful. Can cycle to a supermarket, although on site shop surprisingly well stocked. Walks along river. €12 each way by taxi to Salamanca - well worth a visit. Choice of very shady to full sun pitches and everything in between. Excellent restaurant, but be prepared to be served after local clientele even if you were there first.

Ik was blij met Cheerful and helpful staff in reception and bar/ restaurant. Food not great but edible. Decent shop. Spectacular pool and surroundings. Private bathroom facilities may not photograph well but were spotlessly clean inside. Nice touch? Caceres is worth a visit and just a €12 taxi ride each way.

Ik was blij met Very well maintained site with good facilities and swimming pool. Mostly good sized pitches with some shade.

Ik was blij met Everything - even the eco shower and toilet. Great hosts, good food (if you choose to partake in advance) and a smashing selection of wines at very reasonable prices. Dog friendly and plenty of space to walk your "best friend". Beautiful site. We stayed an extra day.

Ik was niet blij met Finding the site: Coming from Arcos Valderez on N101 through Sabhadim turn left, past a big church on right and just follow the windy road. If you pass a school on the right, you have missed the left turn.

Ik was blij met Location is lovely, amazing beach and lots of it. Site is very pretty, well maintained and clean. Pitches are small and close together but well shielded from each other by mature trees and hedges. All facilities from a small cafe/Bar and shop, to washing machines. Other bars and cafe/restaurants in walking distance. Well worth considering a visit. We would go again.

Ik was niet blij met One for dog parents: Dogs not allowed on any beach at any time of year. Non dog owners will be pleased, I guess :)

Ik was blij met Well presented and maintained site. Friendly helpful hosts. Farm shop and service station with shop in walking distance. Can walk along towpath of nearby Lancaster canal. 20 min drive to Blackpool or St Anne’s both of which cater well for motorhome parking - but not unlimited if high season.

Ik was blij met Everything. Small shop open all hours. Croissant, bread ordering service. Good restaurant, though limited menu, open from 19.00. Short pleasant walk into Plats village with boulangerie and small shop/ cafe. Beautiful views.

Ik was niet blij met Not a dislike but you can’t empty your toilet cassette UNLESS it contains no chemicals or special septic tank friendly chemicals.

Ik was blij met Everything. We like to cycle and there were dedicated cycle lanes on most roads leading from the site. Beach within easy reach with bars and shops. Shop on site but supermarkets 5 mins walk away. Bar and pool always open.

Ik was niet blij met You need to be careful when allocated a pitch many are not suitable for motorhome 3 metres in height due to trees with low branches. There are plenty of pitches with taller trees but receptionist do not always appreciate the size of your rig.

Ik was blij met We were there in mid July. Could choose your pitch and size, position, ambience of pitch was first rate. Short walk or cycle ride to small town with bar, very small supermarket, butchers, bakers, restaurant and excellent takeaway pizzeria. Subject to French opening hours. All facilities except grey water disposal. Shower block and toilet facilities extremely clean if a little dated. Updated washing up facilities.

Ik was niet blij met Pool area and bar. On sunny days the local (pleasant) youths filled up all the seating. Fully dressed woman in the pool which is unhygienic.

Ik was blij met The pitches were big and you could choose which one you wanted. The location is good, especially if you are in a motorhome. Chateauroux town centre is an easy walk, there is an excellent restaurant more or less on site and there are plenty of walking and cycling opportunities.

Ik was niet blij met There is a shower block that can only be accessed with a wrist band and as such its use is restricted to so many times per stay. The cleanliness of the big shower and toilet block leaves a lot to be desired.

Ik was blij met Good riverside site, decent pitches and facilities. Walking distance to coffee shop, restaurants, boulangerie, pharmacy and supermarket, yet felt more remote.

Ik was blij met Excellent, patient staff, on account of my poor french. "Je suis ici, encore" Good clean well managed facilities, large pitches. Bicycle hire with well marked routes along the Loire. Close to supermarket and boulangerie. Also lovely bistro by and quality restaurant by the bridge. Child friendly but not so it spoils it for older couples.

Ik was niet blij met Toilet paper dispenser outside of cubicles. Not always an easy decision. :)

Ik was blij met The staff were pleasant and helpful and understood why we didnt want to stay. Photographs can be deceiving and so we made a bad choice of location for us.

Ik was niet blij met Too cramped, too noisy, children everywhere. A well maintained site with plenty to do, if you want this sort of holiday.

Ik was blij met Everything. Tina and Julian are incredible hosts who will do everything they can to make your stay comfortable. Spacious pitches with electric hook-up. Fresh water and chemical toilet emptying. Toilet/shower facilities are always immaculate. Washing -up room with kettle, oven, hob and washing machine. Barbecue areas - everything you need. Small site in a quiet and rural location yet Supermarket just a short drive away. Our second visit, looking forward to a third
