Ik was blij met Immaculate site the attention to details, beautiful staged areas and welcoming owners make this site one to visit . With award winning gluten free fish n chips nearby , a huge retail park and park and ride direct into York all within 4 miles it’s incredible that wagtail still feels like a total escape into beautiful countryside with fantastic fishing in a highly maintained lake

Ik was blij met Beautifully presented site the attention to detail, scenery and host family made our break away truly relaxing. Phil and family made us feel so welcome, treated our 6 year old to surprise marshmallows for toasting and really made it feel home from home. The brilliantly kept toilet and showers appear simple at first but best shower I've had whilst camping and kept spotless. Will happily make sure we return and will be recommending to friends.

Ik was blij met The beautiful scenery and so much attention to detail with every exploration discovering something new. The idyllic space was a true escape with private access to the river meaning we could fish and kayak with ease and the buried trampoline super safe for our very excited 3 year old. Fire pits made for wonderful evenings cosy chatting with friends, we will definately be back and were sad to leave.
