Ik was blij met Pub live music and food. Extremely friendly staff. Big pitches and the heat in the toilet block. Dog friendly.

Ik was niet blij met Not a problem in winter but only one shower for women may be a problem in more busy periods. WiFi was patchy at times

We are a Newish Site and improving Facilities all the Time you may have noticed next to the Male toilet Block there is some construction starting ! This is going to be a New Female Toilet Block , Then the Existing female will become Male making ample Shower and Toilet Facilities FOR BOTH MALE/FEMALE. Also people tend to forget the Camp site also has the use of the Pub toilets as well . Best Regards Team Charlies

Ik was blij met Return visitor and better than ever. The pub next door is sublime, both food and decor. Friendly staff. Clean showers. Set up perfect for solo camper with awning. Just a shame I couldn't get an electric pitch.

Ik was blij met Fire pit hire, dog friendly cafe for great breakfast and afternoon tea, free WiFi, helpful campsite manager, great views

Ik was niet blij met A bit hard to figure out delineation of pitches as no hedges or lines and couldn’t decide if pitch number was in middle of pitch or at side. Some pitches a little smaller than other sites but perfectly adequate for large 5 man tent

Ik was blij met View, big pitches, lots of space in middle, relaxed attitude, relaxed about dogs, great drop-off-at-your-tent fire pit and wood service. Also right near The Tissington Trail including bike hire and shop selling coffee, breakfast barns etc

Ik was niet blij met When we first got there there was no soap in the toilets and they didn’t flush. This was sorted by the end of the visit but area around the toilets is a little smelly when You approach. Won’t bother seasoned campers but newbies might be a little put off. Nearest pub is 2 and a bit miles away so great for daytime dog walk but not so much evening trips
