Ik was blij met Definitely somewhere we'd stay for longer, if we were on the IoW again, Camp Corve is lovely, well thought out, secluded, and peaceful. Loved the hand-painted signs and map! Great facilities for what is actually quite a small site (it wouldn't be the same if it were lots bigger). It's about 90mins bike ride from Yarmouth (if that's how you roll!). We weren't carrying enough food for a meal for all of us, so we rode 15 mins to the White Mouse Inn for a meal, which was good. Erin and Hamish very welcoming and the indoor skate park is real! Our kids loved it. And yes, I saw a red squirrel scurrying about in front of me while everyone else was asleep.

Ik was blij met Great views; easy to find; next to a pub; sheltered (and flatter!) at the top of the field, thanks to the hedge. Friendly and communicative owners.

Ik was niet blij met We didn't dislike the farm dogs being around – they're a lovely, playful pair – but some people might be surprised by them loping over to investigate and maybe bark at newcomers.

Ik was blij met Lovely, chilled out place, and it's Vallis Veg! All very simple camping, as advertised, but spot-on. I actually quite enjoyed my bucket-and-scoop bath/shower, with a view of the trees and the sky. It's very useful to have the multi-tent option when you're meeting up with friends, camping in different ways, etc (my son and I were on bikes and under a tarp, and our friend was car + tent). Not far from Frome, where there are plenty of places to get some breakfast or lunch (Projects café was great) Cycling in from the south is probably best. We arrived from the north and had to clamber over and go through some places I think we weren't supposed to be.

Ik was blij met Good location, lots of space, friendly and helpful wardens (and owners, whom I think we met down the road, when we were leaving). The Boot Inn, 10 mins' walk away, is great! Definitely worth a visit (food, beer). The little shop is pretty handy, if you need toothpaste or a can of Coke or something.

Ik was niet blij met For a site of this size, it was surprising that there were only a couple of men's showers and three toilets (unless I missed something). One shower pretty grubby, really.

Ik was blij met Laid-back, not-too-big site, suitable for different kinds of camping (tarps, tents, camper vans, caravans, etc), with plenty of space on each plot. Really tidy and clean, and pretty secure, too, with a padlocked gate. Good location - easy to get to and from. I really appreciated the proprietor allowing me to leave my van in a corner while my son and I did a circular bike ride and then came back for it. That was very helpful.

Ik was niet blij met As other reviewers have said, there is some road noise. It's obviously noticeable, being very close to a fairly fast road, but it wasn't all that bad. We slept well! It's also not something that could be mitigated for, so it's only a minor issue, easily made-up for by the rest of the place.

Ik was blij met Really nice location - quiet, easy to get to, walking distance from village with pub. It's just a nice looking field, too, with some unman bits, wild flowers, and oaks. Everything very friendly and easy-going: there weren't "Do not [whatever]" signs plastered everywhere, which is sometimes the case. Really good system for getting a firepit + decent dry wood, the price of which was very reasonable given the quantity. Toilet and shower facilities are a short walk away, behind the main camping field, and it's quite nice to have that out-of-sight. They were also in great nick! Easy access to washing up and fresh water on the camping field.

Ik was blij met Lots of space, good access and grass length, warm welcome, good price, great facilities (our kids said they have the best compost loos they've ever seen! haha!), easy to find, close to other nice bits of Norfolk. It's simple, nearly wild stuff, so won't be to everyone's tastem

Ik was blij met Lovely, remote location; lots of nice pitch options; woods and hills right outside the tent - the kids loved it (so did we); good facilities a short walk from the tent; generous wood and kindling for about a tenner; the little shop in Llanbedr is good for basic stuff and essentials, like Purple Moose beer. East to get into Coed Crafnant, up to Cwm Bychan, or out to the coast and nearby places like Harlech, Barmouth, Machynlleth. Einir was friendly and helpful from the moment we arrived. I'd better brush up on my mostly forgotten Welsh for the next time we go. Diolch yn fawr, Einir!

Ik was blij met Second time here in a month! Lots of space, everything easy going, water and toilets are fine for a couple of nights. Great location for day trips by car to e.g. Stonehenge, Avebury, etc.Easy walk to Letcomb Regis for good food at the Greyhound Inn.

Ik was blij met Loads of space, so we could just do our own thing. Toilets, clean water. Easy bike ride from the Ridgeway to camp.
