Ik was blij met Lovely spacious pitches, great facilities, friendly staff and a pub/restuarant on site. Easy access to the moors and only a short distance to Tavistock. A great base for visiting the surounding area. This wasn't our 1st visit and I'm sure it wonlt be our last.

Ik was blij met Lovely large pitches in a beautiful open field. Wild camping with a little plus. Added bonus that every pitches had their own private toilet. Bit eccentric, but great.

Ik was blij met The site was idyllic. Beautiful setting with lovely views of the lake with lovely tired, level pitches. The facilities were fantastic and very lean and the staff were very polite and friendly. The small bar was a bonus as was their selection of snacks.

Ik was niet blij met This is not really a dislike, but a comment. The site is set high in the hills making it difficult for us to use our bikes to get around. Our fault

Ik was blij met The site was lovely and quiet, set in the woods. The pitches were reasonably level and a decent size. The hosts were really friendly and welcoming. The facilities were good, with plenty of showers etc and washing facilities. The site is also next to a very large reservoir, which has a closed 34km circular cycle route going around it, with a few cafes and small beaches. The bar and restaurant were fine and reasonable prices. We were even treated to a completely random Jam session, when the resident Singer and guitarist (and receptionist) was joined by a young Belgian bassist and a French guy on the drum box. Turned out to be quite a party.

Ik was blij met The site was nicely laid out with plenty space and very flat. It was also within easy walking distance of Albertville town centre and it's shop and restaurants. The staff were very welcoming, but oddly asked if we were really staying 2 nights and wondered if we did want to try their other sites.

Ik was niet blij met The site is right between 2 busy roads. You can't see them, but you can hear them - especially during the day. The site is also a little tired and needs some tlc. The showers weren't that great - or maybe we'd been spoilt at other sites. Finally, just after we arrived the site was overrun by a very large group of travellers. They were actually fine, but they virtually took over the site.

Ik was blij met The site is lovely, with nice facilities and great pitches. The owners/managers were really friendly. The passkey entry system was also a really nice touch. There was also a lovely wooded area to explore. Shame we only stayed 2 nights and didn't have chance to explore further.

Ik was blij met As usual the campsite it just lovely. Well kept, friendly staff and really clean. The toilet and shower block is spotless and the showers are great. The dog exercise area was also a real bonus. The on-site coffee machine was very welcome and the WiFi worked really well (at least from our pitch). And luckily for me there was great 4G mobile coverage. Whilst we were there it was busy, but wasn't that full but still felt quite quiet and peaceful.

Ik was niet blij met This isn't a dislike, but just a suggestion. Most of the site is nice and open with a few rows of hedge/bushes. However it could possibly do with a few more hedges to help create a little bit of privacy in places and possibly a bit of windbreak.

Ik was blij met The pitches were huge and level and the site was lovely and clean. And it was only a 20 minute walk into Market Bosworth across the coutry park.

Ik was niet blij met When we arrived there was only 1 shower available in the mens and womens, which we thought might be an issue, however the following day a second shower was made available. Luckily as the site was quite quiet and appears to mainly cater for very large long stay motorhomes and caravans this didn't become an issue. There are no rubbish bins! We looked everywhere but couldn't find any bins for our rubbish when we left. Over priced. At £30 per night for a grass EHU I thought this was very expensive, even if the pitches were huge. And they wanted extra for WiFi!! Not impressed.

Ik was blij met Great facilities in a lovely location. Staff were great, the on-site pub/restuarnt was great. We were only there for one night but could have easily have stayed longer.

Ik was blij met The site and it's location are fantastic, with a nice variety of pitches, from open and flat to quite sheltered under trees - a bit more 'rustic'. The site was lovely and clean and had everything we asked for e.g. a lovely quite site, a water supply and somewhere to deposit the waste. Despite a minor road being quite near, the site was actually very quiet. It was great place to explore the countryside, visit a few pubs within walking distance (30 minutes away ?) and just chill. A really lovely touch were the ponies who would occasionally come strolling through the campsite. I would definitely recommend and visit again. There were a few pubs we missed.

Ik was blij met The site is nicely laid out, lovely and flat. The owners are lovely and friendly and keep everything really clean. The facilities are really nice and clean with plenty of hot water. An added bonus of having no lights meant that the stars at night were absolutely amazing.

Ik was niet blij met Unfortunately our pitch was constantly in the shade. Nice in the summer, but not so nice in the Autumn when the sun would have been appreciated 🙂. Unfortunately this meant the grass was also quite damp and a little bit muddy.

Ik was blij met Space, lots and lots of space and close to lots of country woodland walks. Open fires. And apart from the occasional road noise it was generally lovely and quiet.
