Ik was blij met Nice campsite had all the facilities you need. Views are quite good and the two donkeys are fabulous.

Ik was niet blij met Didn’t see the owners at all and the local pub opened at lunchtimes from 12.00 to 14.00 then from 18.00. We rely on foot once pitched up, no buses on doorstep! This is not a moan at campsite we should off looked into it more.

Ik was blij met This campsite is a little gem. The location is spot on, the local village is great for food and drinks which is walkable and the added bonus was the steam train which is a 5 mins walk from campsite. The campsite has geese, chickens, cockerels and we also spotted a hedgehog and bats. There was also a stall for veg which you could buy supplies and the owner is super helpful and will guide you on where to go. Plenty of hot water for the showers.

Ik was niet blij met The toilet block there seemed to be a slight odour in the ladies but my husband said his block was fine!.

Ik was blij met We stayed for two nights and it is a perfect site for us, basic, campfire and a pub you can walk to in 15 minutes with excellent views on top of the hill. Anthony was very accommodating, my husband needed to go to hospital and Anthony drove my husband to the hospital and then checked in on us the next morning, we were very grateful, we will go back.

Ik was blij met Back to basic campsite, nice open field, campfires, toilet facilities clean! Nice walk to a pub out the back of the campsite approx 45 mins to the New Inn and we walked into Battle off the campsite approx 1 hour. We stayed over the weekend and yes it was full but there was no overpowering noise from neighbours (was a little worried after reading some of the reviews). We enjoyed our stat and would go back.

Ik was niet blij met Nothing! The only thing we couldn’t find was where is the chemical waste for motorhome a! We searched but couldn’t find it.
