Ik was blij met Excellent level pitches with enough privacy and shade when needed. Good toilet/shower and washing up. Interesting walk from the campsite to the river. Great pub close nearby. Lots of things to see and do within striking distance

Ik was blij met Just about everything! A very well thought out site with excellent facilities - as good as we’ve experienced anywhere. The very extensive area created from the old colliery site, the hill itself with great far reaching views and a fine local pub all helped too!!

Ik was blij met Large and very spacious site with excellent facilities and great views of Oxwich Bay and beyond. Friendly welcome and relaxed atmosphere. Great walks from the site down to the bay and out to the headland.

Ik was niet blij met Only one small gripe. The Ladies toilets were closed for cleaning at the ‘rush hour’ time of 8.30, leaving a queue of women and girls hopping up and down for 20 minutes! Hence I put 4 stars not 5 for cleanliness

Ik was blij met The welcome (friendly, helpful), large well separated pitches, sheltered. The walk to the cove and coastal path were very pleasant. Facilities clean, comprehensive and well thought out.

Ik was blij met Excellent spacious site with very good well maintained facilities. The dog shower was a nice touch!! Wonderful surrounding woodland with great walks to Lyndhurst and Brockenhurst. Birdsong deafening and the ponies all around - busy producing foals at night! The staff onsite were friendly and helpful at all times.

Ik was blij met Lovely well kept site with many pitching options, good basic facilities, in idyllic countryside near to a fine pub and shop. John very welcoming and helpful. Great for short stays - showers would be needed for longer stays.

Ik was blij met Nice quiet clean site with new facilities excellently located by the river and a nature reserve, with food and drink available next door

Ik was blij met Quiet site, friendly welcome, good information supply, shady pitch on very hot day, good toilet block and showers, superb walk to pub 2 miles away, beautiful countryside.
