Ik was blij met Quiet, no fuss site with easy walk to supermarkets in Clowne Relaxed and easy going. We commented how nice it was finding a campsite not plastered with signs and rules ! Facilities were good , full marks would have been given if they had been cleaned more during our 10 day stay.

Ik was blij met Site was very peaceful and relaxed . We arrived and easily found the helpful notice showing us our pitch, the facilities were all self explanatory and there were people with permanent caravans on the site willing to help and advise. Toilets , showers and washing up area were all clean and fresh at all times. Our non electric pitch was level and we had a view over the campsite and the hills opposite. The easy walk to Stoke Gabriel where crabbing was popular and kayaks on the River Dart were available for hire was perfect for an evening stroll. We visited Dartmouth, Paignton, Brixham and Totnes all easy to reach from the site by car , we took the train to Plymouth , plenty of trains available even on a Sunday

Ik was niet blij met Unfortunately we were not on site at any time when the cider bar was open , this did not spoil our stay but would have been nice to try

Ik was blij met Beautiful well kept site, spotlessly clean facilities and nice hot showers. Friendly and relaxed atmosphere. Watching the squirrels, the hot air balloons, seeing the hares and hearing the owls. Walking distance to Aldi , train station and attractions.

Ik was blij met Lovely well kept site with good washing up and bathroom facilities, which never got too busy despite the site being full most of the time we were camping. The freezer for our ice packs was a much appreciated addition due to the beautiful weather. We were very grateful for the off road, across fields walk into Rye with the map provided as the road outside the site was busy and not pleasant to walk. The supermarket just up the road kept us stocked with the essentials .

Ik was blij met The friendliness and eagerness to please of owner Grant , the clean toilets and showers , although showers were chilly ! The peaceful calm relaxed atmosphere . More local info of area in walking distance would be useful. Good location for car trips out to tourist spots.

Ik was blij met Small quiet friendly site, good bathroom facilities, a converted horse box , kept beautifully clean even when all 8 pitches full. Great views, amazing location for walks and visiting places of interest. Red Lion in village worth a stroll too ! Thanks for our week stay
