Ik was blij met Cedar Camping, WOW!!! What an incredible place! From the moment we arrived at Cedar, we knew we were somewhere special. The campsite is beautifully maintained, peaceful, welcoming, and has such a lovely atmosphere that it genuinely feels like a little escape from everyday life. The setting is absolutely gorgeous over looking the vast fields and in the distance the power plant lights at night, with plenty of space to relax and enjoy the outdoors. Everything was clean especially the toilets (with beautiful information painted on the wall about the the sea) and hot showers, well looked after, and thoughtfully arranged. You can really tell how much care and pride goes into making this campsite such a wonderful place for visitors. But what truly made our stay exceptional was the warm welcome and the fantastic hospitality, the barn is just so amazing and the fine craftsmanship and attention to detail is great. Everyone from this family run site are beautiful souls, friendly, helpful, and genuinely seemed to want us to have the best most exceptional experience. The drinks were nice and chilled from the taps alongside the wonderful pizza and jacket potatoes. The atmosphere was fantastic, the food was delicious, and it was the perfect spot to sit back, enjoy a drink and soak up the surroundings. That kind of personal touch in service makes such a difference. We had a brilliant time and honestly didn’t want to leave. It’s the sort of place where you arrive as a guest and leave already planning your next visit! Claire and Matthew, you’ve created something really special here. If you’re looking for a beautiful, relaxing, friendly campsite with a wonderful atmosphere, look no further. We cannot recommend it highly enough.
