Ik was blij met Small friendly and peaceful, hardly noticed the road noise mentioned in other reviews so dont worry about that. Very clean and excellent value.

Ik was blij met I can not really say that I liked anything about it.

Ik was niet blij met To start with I had to pay a 20 euro deposit for a remote barrier fob so that the reception could be unmaned out of hours. The toilet blocks had no soap, so when residents used the pool bar and snack area they could conveniently use the toilets without the need to wash their hands and return to the bar. Toilet block had no toilet paper so it was not necessary to use toilet paper. Toilet block was partialy decommissioned in that out side sinks were not plumbed in. This site is primarily a static caravan site, very few touring pitches and feels like a residential park. Residents felt it was fine to alow their dog to have a doggy pooh on the grass directly adjacent to our pitch as a matter of routine...As if to say we live here so we can do what we want...(and you are just a visitor). Site is set up for the residents who have bought statics and like on site. Appears to be a drainage problem as when you enter site, water is running across the road but no rain for weeks.This water appears to be septic tank soakaway water and is accompanied by a swarm of blue bottle flies. Lots of moskitos around as the poor drainage provides a perfect habitat, as no other lakes around. Toilet block has plenty of moskitos as it appears to be perpetually wet with no squeegy to dry floors after showering. I was bitten by moskitos everytime i went in the toilet block to shower or wash up. I do not normally leave reviews, but this site is set up at the owners convenience. Diabolical.

Van de manager: Monsieur, Nous sommes sincèrement surpris et déçus de lire votre commentaire, notamment parce qu’à aucun moment durant votre séjour vous n’êtes venu nous faire part de ces remarques. Nous aurions pourtant été tout à fait disponibles pour échanger avec vous et chercher une solution. À cette période de la saison, nous aurions même pu vous proposer un autre emplacement, voire un surclassement dans l’un de nos hébergements, si votre séjour avait réellement été aussi catastrophique que vous le décrivez dans votre commentaire. Nous regrettons donc que vous ayez choisi de faire part de votre mécontentement uniquement par écrit, après votre séjour, plutôt que de venir nous en parler directement. Cela nous aurait permis de comprendre les difficultés rencontrées et surtout d’essayer d’y remédier immédiatement. Par ailleurs, certains éléments mentionnés dans votre commentaire sont totalement inexacts et ne correspondent pas à la réalité de notre établissement. Nous acceptons bien évidemment les critiques lorsqu’elles sont fondées et constructives, car elles nous permettent de nous améliorer. En revanche, nous ne pouvons pas laisser passer des affirmations que nous considérons comme fausses et qui donnent une image injustifiée de notre établissement. Nous aurions préféré pouvoir échanger avec vous de vive voix et trouver une solution à vos éventuels désagréments plutôt que de découvrir votre ressenti à travers cet avis. Cdlt La Direction
