Ik was blij met Fantastic setting with beautiful surroundings. All the pitches had plenty of space and being a golf course were nice and flat. The facilities are great for a pop up, nice powerful showers and proper hot water in the washing up area, it all appeared to be kept spotless by the lovely couple running it. We very much enjoyed having so much space to walk around and explore, especially the dogs. The river was a big hit in the hot weather and perfect for evening walks. The site is easy to get out and about from to explore the area and even when busy it still felt relaxed and spacious. I really hope they open again next summer, we'd love to come back.

Ik was blij met Lovely, peaceful site, just the right balance of a wild camping feel with all the essentials covered. Everywhere was clean and tidy, even when seemingly full it felt relaxed and spacious with plenty of room to pitch and park. We loved having the firepits on each pitch and they appeared well used by other campers too, added a lovely ambience in the evenings. Special mention for the rainfall style showers, best we've seen on a campsite and even better no trouble having to wait for them as there were a good number for the size of site.

Ik was blij met Really friendly, easy going site, we especially appreciated being able to choose our pitch to suit our needs. The facilities were good, clean and had everything needed. Decent showers and the option to use the kettle, toaster, microwave and air fryer was a nice touch. Location was fairly remote, but central enough to make getting out and about exploring easy. The clubhouse has a nice, proper old school vibe, food and drink seemed pretty reasonable price wise, the pizza we had was perfect, almost wish we hadn't brought our own catering to have tried more. The dogs appreciated having the field available for walks and it was nice to stop and chat with others walking their pups too.

Ik was niet blij met There were unfortunately a few times during our stay when some older children/teens were screaming and shouting at each other late into the night being a bit disruptive. Naturally not a lot the site owners can do about that, but it was really the only thing to be less than ideal, other than perhaps the scorching weather making tent life a little uncomfortable at times!
