Ik was blij met The overall site was great plenty to do and very close to Yarmouth. Good facilities will go again but would book direct and choose our own pitch

Ik was niet blij met We booked a hard standing pitch, however the hard standing was tiny our vehicle is only 3x6.4 and our vehicle was much bigger than the hard standing. We were in a motorhome against the hedge and ended up being blocked in and unable to get our vehicle out without asking people to move vehicles it was that cramped. When people added awnings and cars the space just disappeared and no direct route of the pitch, if people are going to be against the hedge then an awning would block off access to other vehicles. The power supply was also very intermittent and even lost power for several hours due to a fault with another pitch and due to the keys not being on site. The shower block was great but with the rain came the mud then the stalls got very dirty, it might be a good idea to have access to a mop and bucket so that we can clean down the shower stalls which is pretty much standard in every touring site I’ve been to.

Ik was blij met Absolutely amazing site. We spent a few days on Owl Field (128) on arrival greeted by staff and guided to our pitch. Staff friendly and gave instructions on everything we needed. Our pitch was on a bit of a hill but we were well prepared for this and able to level the motorhome easily. Hook up and water close by everything easy and straightforward. The facilities on site were clean and well maintained. All the facilities from owl field was close by. Didn’t use any of the food trucks available but prices looked reasonable. We picked this site due to the accessibility to the train station had we spend our break visiting the Devon coast by train. We absolutely loved this site it offered everything we needed, has a couple we found this perfect but also know it will be great to bring our children whom would also enjoy staying here which will be our plan this summer

Ik was niet blij met To start with the 20p charge for the shower but after being there and how well maintained this site is that’s no longer the issue plus this promotes not wasting water which I’m in agreement with

Ik was blij met A great little campsite, we spent a bank holiday weekend there, due to it being in between Southampton and Portsmouth. On arrival we were treated warmly by staff and then guided to our pitch. The warden was very friendly and gave great local information. Pitching up our motorhome was very easy we had lots of room and everything close by. The facilities on site where very clean and we could tell they where monitored closely by the onsite wardens. The walk into Netley only took 15 minutes some beautiful old churches and the Abbey which you can wander around but check opening times has its run by national heritage. We took advantage of the local train service to travel (motorhome no car) the prices very reasonable with Southwest trains. We visited Portsmouth and Southampton. This site is great for adults, not somewhere we would bring our children has there is nothing onsite or close by to entertain them. But has a couple this site was perfect for us. Would definitely come again if we come to this area.

Ik was blij met Plenty of room for our motorhome, very clean facilities, lovely and helpful staff, great information board with walks. Food available if wanted. We decided to treat ourselves to the buffet breakfast, definitely first come first served, we got there at 10am and was pretty much empty by 10.20, food was lovely and filling. Will definitely come back again and do more of the walks and stay longer.

Ik was niet blij met Not really a negative but only thing that I could see has a drawback - Need to ensure you have what you need or get before arriving nothing close by and remote (more for motorhomes or without a vehicle)
