Ik was blij met I think the option of gender specific and gender neutral/family toilet and shower facilities is amazing. As the parent of a transgender person I often see the stress that gender specific toilets creates, particularly after recent court rulings. Having spaces like these is very inclusive, welcoming and provides choices that should allow everyone to feel comfortable. The quality and cleanliness of the facilities was excellent.

Ik was niet blij met As an EV driver I was disappointed that the EV chargers were offline. I had planned my trip to make use of these overnight, especially as they were at a very reasonable price. I had to drive around 5 miles to locate a faster charger so that I would have enough charge to cover the two days of driving to and from the campsite. I would much prefer d to give the money for charging to the campsite thn somewhere else. If the EV chargers were working I would have rated the facilities 10/10.

We aim to be inclusive and it's important to us that everyone has a space to feel comfortable here. I am really sorry that the EV chargers were down when you visited. As an EV driver myself I absolutely appreciate how frustrating it is to plan a charge into your trip and for that charger to be out of order. Honestly they have never been down before, and usually very reliable. Although they are only 22kwh I have always been able to count on them to be fully operational. Our router died a couple of days before you arrived and I had to set up a whole new network. However, I could not get the chargers to function and tech support was not replying. I am delighted to say that after much frustration I have finally managed to get them back online. I am sorry that this was too late for your stay. I really hope that this won't deter you from visiting again.
