Ik was blij met Anytime arrival and no check out time means you can make the most of your stay. Cafe and shop on site, walking access to coast path through their orchards. Friendly welcome.

Ik was niet blij met When super busy the facilities aren’t quite sufficient for the number of people and cleanliness suffers a bit.

Ik was blij met Location, close to town (next to main road but quiet at night) level grass pitch, plentiful hot water in spacious shower and washing up stand. Clean facilities, great communication, relaxed vibe. Wifi at pitch

Ik was niet blij met Nothing, only that if the campsite was full, the facilities may struggle to cope with demand, particular as no wash basins outside toilet cubicles (that I found!)

Ik was blij met Grassy level pitches marked out, very clean, private and modern facilities. Plenty of hot water. Good, responsive online communication from campsite management during the stay.

Ik was blij met Lush, level pitches, friendly welcome, pub on site with friendly staff. Midday check-in. Hot water for washing up in a covered area a real bonus for a basic site. Weather- got lucky! :-)

Ik was niet blij met Extra £8 a night for electric bit steep for a longer stay but for £12 / night non electric excellent value for money.

Ik was niet blij met This grassy site is susceptible to heavy wet weather, so all vehicles needed to be parked close to limited gravel tracks/hardstanding if raining heavily or forecast to do so. Not best suited to motor homes for this reason

Van de manager: thank you for youre comments.this was the first time in over 20 years that we had to park people near the site road with the unprecedented rain we had 2 days prior to opening on top of a wet winter . our site is free draining and we decided to remain open rather than cancel customers stay.we appreciated everyones cooperation and are pleased that the site is returning to normal.

Ik was blij met Lovely views, peace and quiet. Huge space. Friendly owner but, to manage expectations, this is a field with a water tap and a portaloo and a bin. That’s it.

Ik was blij met Friendly welcome, clean pleasant site- excellent vfm. Attached to popular pub serving seriously generous portions (be warned!). Great to access walks, cycle routes and not far to Hay on Wye. Excellent for weekend stay

Ik was niet blij met Having to move pitches due to over booking (though owners were helpful). Could do with a hard path to the shower/toilet block as grass gets quite boggy/muddy
