Ik was blij met Good choice of pitches, privacy hedges , showers and toilets were excellent, spacious , well equipped and clean. You have the bathrooms to yourself with all these facilities in the room . Georgia checked us in and it was a real pleasure to meet her, she was very helpful too.

Ik was niet blij met Well what can I say about The Marlbank campsite - nothing good I’m afraid. Grass needed cutting, overhanging bushes over roadway prevented access to 5 hard standing pitches, our EHU was not working fortunately we had long lead with us so we were able to use a pitch that wasn’t affected by bushes and branches , only one shower working, lack of cleaning in shower, wash-up area & toilets, which was also used by pub/restaurant customers. EHU connections on the ground on some pitches . Didn’t see anyone to book in with as pub was closed. No email received day before giving us pitch number, directions, info etc as stated on the pitch up confirmation and didn’t see anyone from management for the 2 days we were there. I also emailed them twice which never got a reply & no answer to the phones . The whole site was shabby, unkept & expensive certainly wouldn’t recommend and we would not return .

Ik was blij met Good peaceful campsite, large pitches on gravel and grass, near to M6 . We had a lovely 4 night stay here. Julie the owner came and met with us during our stay, very friendly and chatty. We will be staying again in September on our way through that area to Blackpool. Highly recommend.

Ik was blij met We have stayed several times at Oasis lakes on their campsite in our motorhome, and we especially enjoyed our most recent stay and was amazed at all the improvements that have gone on over the winter. All the showers have been completely refurbished with 3 separate rooms housing a good size shower, toilet & washbasin. Plenty of room to get away from the wet floor area after showering. The grounds now have raised beds surrounding the campsite with lovely shrubs, good size pitches, water and electric on each pitch , a new waste/elsan/washing up area . WiFi throughout the campsite area too. It is in a lovely coastal Lincolnshire village with 2 pubs serving food and occasional entertainment, local shops and nearby beaches, if you want to fish there are 3 well stocked lakes on site & tackle shop, essentials, cold drinks & ices also sold in shop. All at reasonable price. We’ve always receive a warm welcome from the family who own Oasis. Highly recommend 😊

Ik was blij met Lovely clean well kept site. Nice big pitches with fabulous views and peace and quiet. Great dog walks and warm shower for them. Very friendly owners.

Ik was niet blij met Slightly unlevel pitches for motorhomes, was at the very top of our levelling blocks, but wouldn't be an issue for caravan. But wouldn't stop us going or recommending 😊
