Ik was blij met We adored our very private pitch - we felt like we were the only people there, tucked away amongst the trees. My children loved the hammock! There are eco-toilets dotted around the campsite, which was great as it would never been a big walk from any of the pitches, and meant that it all felt a lot more private than a traditional larger toilet block. Laura was immensely helpful and welcoming, we forgot some essential equipment and she came to our rescue immediately, thank you! She also recommended a lovely pub in nearby Rattlesden, where we had a lovely dinner in the evening sun - perfection!

Ik was niet blij met Not a huge issue, but there was no water point in the camping meadow, so we had to walk a little way to top up drinking water etc. I haven't deducted a star though, because the place is beautiful and this is a very minor inconvenience - I would just recommend bringing a large vessel for storing water near your tent!

Ik was blij met Lovely clean and welcoming site. The goats and chickens were a big hit with the kids! James who runs the site was super helpful and friendly. The toilets and showers were spotless.

Ik was niet blij met The flow of the water in the wash block was quite slow and drippy. One of the taps sprayed upwards! I'm sure this would be an easy fix. Would also be lovely to have a play area for the many children on site!
