Ik was blij met Friendly staff. Quiet site. Chickens roaming! Designated plots with hedging.

Ik was niet blij met There was some work going on and things being repaired before season kicks off in earnest. So not able to make a fair review until the improvements are finished.

Van de manager: Thank you for your review! We are working hard to make improvements in the form of 2 new hard standings and resurfacing of the road. Desperately trying to get finished by Whitsun!! Unfortunately both Paul and I are not as young as we were and cannot work the 14 hour days we used to! Never mind, we will get there in the end and thank all our visitors for their patience during the upgrading. We will look forward to seeing this gentleman again!

Ik was blij met To be able to camp in the meadow was ideal for my Family and me. We didn't need a pitch with electricity and we like a bit space so it was great. To be next to the stream running into the River Dee was delightful too. The overall landscape was lovely and we enjoyed walking in the hills as well as visiting local towns such as Bala and Llangollen. The owner was very pleasant and we were fascinated by his description of farming life. The showers were consistently warm. Seems to be a clean, generally quiet, family friendly and well run site. We'd like to stay again please!

Ik was niet blij met Only suggestion I'd make is that the toilet / shower blocks get an extra look in through the day to check floors and toilet paper. However they were never in a bad condition - just once or twice a lack of mopping and a missing loo roll occurred!
