Ik was blij met Peaceful site, local to us but we wanted to try it for 1 night and it did not disappoint. Our EHU pitch was large, the staff were very friendly and helpful. Facilities were clean but basic. Dog friendly, we would happily stay again.

Ik was blij met First time staying here, friendly staff, large pitch with ehu. The shower blocks were clean, with a large wash up area. The onsite shop has nice selection of lagers and beers. Very dog friendly which is always a plus for us. Our Leo enjoyed the dog exercise field and his first experience of alpacas

Ik was niet blij met Initially I couldn't find the ehu point on our pitch, a member of staff asked if we were setting up ok while passing and helpfully showed me as it was hidden in a bush. He joked and said he needed to trim the bush back. It's not a dislike, just thought it was funny to share. Iykyk pitch 1 ehu

Ik was blij met Our 3rd stay here and certainly not our last. The site was quiet compared to our previous stays. This was likely due to the bad weather forecast, but luckily the weather held off and did not effect our stay. The facilities were still immaculate, and the staff were friendly and helpful as ever. We'll be back in 2026

Ik was blij met Large level pitches, excellent views of the surroundings, good electric supply and the toilets were clean. We enjoyed our stay and would book again.

Ik was niet blij met Would recommend pre-ordering logs, as the site were waiting on a delivery of logs when we text the owners when we arrived.

Ik was blij met The site was quiet when we arrived, we were the only tent on site at the time. Large pitch, with electric hook up and water tap. The W3W location info sent from the site prior to us travelling assisted us. The toilets and showers were clean, the kitchen had a sink for pot washing. A fridge and freezer are available to use, which was a godsend for our cooler freezer blocks in the warm weather. We spoke to Hannah and her daughter a few times, Hannah was friendly and helpful. We would recommend getting the fresh farm eggs (if the hens are feeling generous) the were lovely. We were recommended the Plough inn pub by the owner which was nice dog friendly local pub 10 mins walk from the site, the pints of ABK went down a treat in the evening sun.

Ik was niet blij met Not the sites fault but the only downside was the swarms of small black harvest flies that were extremely attracted to our green tent and chairs.

Van de manager: Thank you for your comments - I'm glad you enjoyed your time with us. Unfortunately, when and where the harvest / spraying is done is not in our control - when this does happen we have to deal with the day of harvest bugs. The beauty of staying in the countryside! Our best advise is to either have a fire/bbq/candles as they don't like the smoke.

Ik was blij met First time staying at Orcaber campsite and we're already booking back up to comeback. We both agree that this has been the best site we have stayed on. We stayed on an electric grass pitch, TE34 was a large size flat pitch, toilet and shower facilities we excellent and cleaned regularly. Our Labrador Leo rated the onsite dog wash and dog exercise field. Lots to do in the local area, we enjoyed doing some walks in the area via all trails, malham cove and Janets foss was a highlight on Sunday. The staff we friendly and helpful. Can't fault the site at all.

Ik was blij met Our first stay here and only 2nd time camping. Stayed in an electric tent pitch, we received a helpful message with information and directions prior to checking in. Graham gave us instructions and greeted us upon arrival. Toilet and shower facilities were clean. Shops, bars and some take aways are a 10 minute walk from site. We can recommend the Chinese. We enjoyed our two nights and we would stay again. We did some walks off all trails in the area too, so good location
