Van de manager: Thank you so much for your feedback! We're thrilled to hear you enjoyed the entertainment – our team has worked incredibly hard to create an experience full of fun, laughter, and unforgettable holiday memories for all our guests. We are sorry to hear that your experience in the swimming pool didn’t meet expectations – this is certainly not the standard we aim to deliver for our holiday guests. Please don’t hesitate to reach out to us directly, and we’ll be more than happy to look into the matter further for you.
