Van de manager: Hi there, The hot water boilers are a set temperature so the same for everyone (adults and children alike). Not sure we can change this. Did you try running the water first to get rid of any cold water in the pipes? Cheers, D

Ik was blij met I would put this in my top 3 best sites we’ve stayed at! Firstly it’s a lovely secluded site. Where there are no sounds of traffic. Only space for a few vans. There is no light pollution so the stars look incredible at night. The bathrooms are excellent. You get your own bathroom with piping hot shower, toilet, sink and plenty of room to get dressed. It’s an ideal location to visit Alnwick, lindisfarne, craster, Bamburgh and Seahouses.

Ik was blij met Great location! Lots of places to visit and so much countryside on your doorstep! Facilities are exceptional.

Ik was blij met Peace & Quiet. Lovely shop. Lots of space. Geese, Hens and a peacock The owner is very friendly, polite & welcoming. We would definitely stay again if we were in the area. Facilities very clean

Ik was blij met The hosts were super friendly and helpful. The site is so peaceful. The washing/toilet facilities are immaculate. We loved it. Would 100% stay again.

Ik was niet blij met Stated it was adult only site, although there was a 11-13 year old girl on the site at the same time as us. They caused no issues but if there are rules they should be stuck to. I would have liked the shower to be hotter.

Ik was blij met We had a wonderful stay! This is an awesome part of the UK. So many beautiful places within a short distance. The campsite is 2 mins walk from a great little pub too. The campsite has a real charm and homely feel. The staff; Shane, Monica and the rest of the team can’t do enough for you! The showers and toilets are immaculate. There is a lovely radio station streamed into the showers playing all the hits from the 70’s 80’s and 90’s which really gave us pleasure during our showers! Thank you also Shane & Monica with the mushroom foraging advice! Also thank you Shane for the advice and assistance! This was our first trip in our campervan and Shane was always willing to help!
