Ik was blij met Close enough to Beamish Museum to walk (Main reason for stay). Facilities were clean and bar area was a nice potentially recently renovated area.

Ik was niet blij met Fair enough it was the last bank holiday of the year and school holidays however there was a constant stream of kids and adults for that matter constantly using the pitch as a cut through to the play area and toilets. The site was also much noiser than most as the bar/club closed late evening the noise continued for a good hour afterwards.

Ik was blij met Clean site well maintained, easy access on foot to Woolacombe a little muddy at times, excellent food in Clubhouse was a surprise, huge understanding pitches

Ik was niet blij met Showers were a little too cool for my liking, Beer in club house wasn't great the Monterey was flat a couple of times and according to site girls is better than the bottles of Pinot Grigio on offer, site is a hilly location it was fine for us but may affect others holiday, Wi-Fi good in clubhouse but useless at pitch, fyi 3UK only has 3G here, Vodafone had good useable 4G
