Ik was blij met Lovely owners warm friendly welcome, clean amenities, pizzas on a Friday where lovely, pitches where nice size and the sites been graded which is brilliant shows they care. Solar power 3amp which was enough for us no tripped electrics on our stay and we had a electric cool box light and phone charges and a projector all running without incident. Shops 10.minutes drive away so plenty of availability nearby. Although, on site pizzas on a Friday freshly baked in a pizza oven, ice-creams lollies, fresh eggs etc sold on site too. 5 nights away wish we could be have stayed longer. Will be coming back I'm sure.

Ik was niet blij met Bit muddy drive/walk onto the pitches could do with some extra drainage there but did dry quickly once the sun was out, loud for 2 nights music and noise well past 9:30 till 2:30am but that's not down to the owners so not really a dislike just am annoyance.

Ik was blij met lovely site booked last minute, went away for 2 nights, amd the boys loved it, quiet stream to play in and around nice amenities and one of the few sites you can have a fire whoch the kids loved. very quiet and secluded with large pitches. 20 min from the nearest supermarket

Ik was niet blij met only issue id day i lack of hot water when washing pots and site would benefit from a smal sign as we drove past it.

Van de manager: Thank you for the review,the stream is a magnet for children on a hot day, giving them hours of entertainment, good to hear they had a great time. We do have a nearer Supermarket in Kirkby Lonsdale, just a 10 mins drive & great for BBQ food, the town also boasts a beautiful River Walk & the famous view painted by Ruskin, not to mention the fabulous ice cream parlour. We do always give full instructions via email on how to get to the site, this way we know who's coming & going & we can easily limit numbers. I hope now you have found us you will return.
