Ik was blij met We picked this site as a conveniently located stopover en route to our destination. The large camping field is very pleasant and you can pitch freely where you choose. The new shower and toilet facilities are genuinely some of the best we've seen on a campsite! (However, my husband did get locked in and was told it happens a lot, so perhaps don't send children on their own!). The cafe and farm shop seemed really nice.

Ik was niet blij met Not really a dislike but a suggestion - there was some confusion where to go on arrival (us and other campers) - we ended up asking in the cafe and were pointed in the general direction of the field. An email or message beforehand explaining where to go and that campers are free to pitch anywhere would have been helpful.

Ik was blij met This is a super-basic site - just some portaloos dotted about the place and a cold water tap - but it is a beautiful and peaceful spot to pitch for a night or two. We felt it was a little overpriced for the basic facilities, but we enjoyed our stay very much.

Ik was blij met A really tranquil spot, right next to the Seine. Good size pitches. The children loved the trampoline/obstacle course/climbing frame!

Ik was blij met The campsite is really well located next to a beautiful beach. The facilities are rather dated (and the shower block is closed overnight), but it was a good stopover for us on the way to Calais.

Ik was blij met A really well-kept site with immaculately clean facilities – the owners clearly work very hard. We appreciated the friendly welcome, the hot unlimited showers, and the toilet roll and soap in the toilet block! The cupboard of board games to borrow is a nice touch.

Ik was blij met Brilliant location next to a lovely beach - just a short walk over a pretty field. Pitches are well sized, but there are a lot of them and people tended to fill their space so it did feel a little cramped. We were located at the quieter end of the site, with a view of the sea - this was perfect with young children and we wouldn't have wanted to be near the pool or main facilities as it seemed much noisier up there, although it did quieten down at 10pm as per the site rules. The toilet block near us was a bit dated, but there was always hot water and toilet paper and they were regularly cleaned. The takeaway pizza was great and the shop useful for basics.
