Ik was blij met A great base for North Wales We’ve found the ideal back-to-basics campsite in Wales! Y Glyn Fields is a no-frills site, but it’s a perfect base for exploring North Wales. The site was clean and tidy, and the portaloos were very clean and well maintained. It’s simple, peaceful and has everything you need for a great camping trip. We’d definitely stay here again! 🏕️⛰️

Ik was blij met A Fantastic Stay – Highly Recommended! We had an amazing experience at this campsite – it’s perfect for families and incredibly well-maintained. The site was immaculately clean throughout, and the whole atmosphere felt friendly, safe, and welcoming. The hosts were lovely – always approachable, helpful, and easily contactable via WhatsApp throughout the day. The self-service check-in process was simple and smooth, which made arriving stress-free. The site rules are clear and reasonable, but what really stood out was how naturally respectful everyone was. There was no need for strict enforcement – it just felt like a well-run community where everyone looked out for each other. The environment was especially wonderful for children; they were encouraged to play and have fun, and it was heartwarming to see them all getting along and playing together without any issues. We stayed in the bell tent at pitch 25, which was spacious, clean, and fully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The toilet and shower facilities were spotless, with both individual and family shower options – a really thoughtful touch. Overall, this campsite exceeded our expectations in every way. I would 100% stay again and absolutely recommend it to friends and family!

Ik was blij met A wram and welcoming site. If you are looking for a campsite that takes you back to traditional camping values, then look no further. Upon arrival we received a wram welcome from our host, he took time to make sure we where awear of all of the amenities on site and that we knew how to contact him during our stay. The toilet facilities are basic but clean, they have a small honesty shop. There is a lovely nature walk and in the evenings the site came alive with many different animals, some you could see other you could only hear. Rules seemed quite relaxed and nobody seemed to abuse this. The host was present every day on site. We would certainly stay again.
