Ik was blij met Nice quite site, this was out second time to this site as its in the middle of no where, quite and the fishing its great! Love the walkways cut into the gass that lead the way from your pitch to the lake, lovely walks around and so peaceful!

Ik was niet blij met Dog poo left on the gravel of our pitch which is not the best look, and not great when you have a 3yr old child with you wanting to play. We used the family showers last vist and also used them this visit. One proble i have with this is its called a "family shower" yet its got a push buttom shower that sorry, when you have a young child makes it so much harder to get them and your self showerd. Also not impressed with all the black mould on the roof of the shower room. The pirate shit has also been removed from the kids play area when means not as much choice for kids to play on, some of the equipment in the play area really needs a clean up or a revamp. Seems to be a child friendly site but not much on there for them.

Van de manager: Hi There i wanted to personally get in touch and apologize for the unpleasant experience you had with dog poo on your pitch. Unfortunate , we ve noticed that some guests have not been keeping their dogs on the lead at all times , despite this being clearly stated in our site rules . if you had contacted reception we would have cleaned this up asap. On a separate note, i wanted to give you a quick update on our family shower room. they have seen a lot of use recently , and we observed that some guests are taking rather long showers sometimes 35-40 mins . For a small business like ours , this kind of usage just isn't sustainable. To help manage things more efficiently and ensure fair access for all , we have decided to install a push button shower value to control usage. Lastly , i wanted to mention that were in the process of replacing the play park . This is something were working on as and when funds allow , So we appreciate your patience as we make these improvements, Thank you so much for understanding as we continue to work towards making the site a better place for all our guests. Ik was blij met Such a great little place! Big pitches and 3 lakes with loads of choice to fish! Stated for the night with the wife just for a quick get away and loved it that much that we have just booked again for tomorrow! Even caught my first koi carp here. A few reviews had moaned a little about the trains, but while we was there, only 3 trains went past and we heard nothing through the night. Host was so welcoming and really easy to talk to and takes a lot of pride and joy in their beautiful site. A great little hidden gem and a regular that we will be returning to over and over again 👌🏻

Ik was blij met Nice little quite spot for a few days relaxing. Nice big grassed area for the children to play on

Ik was niet blij met Bit disappointed that there was only 1 shower block open when the others were closed. Having to que up just to go to the toilet or have a shower when there are other units available not the best.

Ik was blij met Such a wonderful place! Was our first proper time out in our caravan and the wife picked such a beautiful place to stay! The area is beautiful, nice and quiet. Lovely setting to just relax. All the animals for our some to see all day, he absolutely loved it! He’s only 19month old but it’s been the best time for him! He’s never had so much fun and looked so dirty 😂 we will definitely be back again! Staff are so welcoming and friendly. Told us everything we needed to know as soon as we got there and where everything was. This is definitely a hidden gem for family’s
