Ik was blij met Fine for an overnight stay. Staff were helpful at check-in.

Ik was niet blij met Not only no soap in toilet/shower areas but not even any toilet paper... Very tired facilities. Lots of stuff not working. Couldn't wash clothes after 5.30pm. Washing up facilities didn't appear to be working. Considering the region and heat, closing the pool before 8pm is not on.

Ik was blij met Location for viewing the eclipse was excellent.

Ik was niet blij met Staff were civil but really not interested in helping out. For example didn't mention the bus service to beach and village, despite us asking about it. Precarious electrical set-up. We wouldn't have wanted to be plugged in during any time of rain. Tired facilities. A distance from Ajo village and the nearest beach.

Ik was blij met Fabulous views over Lathkill Dale and hills. Perfect to access walking paths straight from the site. Calm with spaced out pitches. A really pleasant atmosphere across the site. It was really busy over the bank holiday weekend and still it didn't feel cramped. Ed and Amy were so helpful and friendly, including helping to jumpstart the van at the end of my stay. The facilities are clean, and cleaned several times a day, and a bit of queuing was no problem as that goes with the mainly outdoor living territory!
