Ik was niet blij met No warden or management on site. Disruptive neighbours (very large group of 6 families and kids celebrating somebody’s birthday) who continued partying well past 02:00 Am. Dirty toilets, excrement on seat, urine on floor. Hand soap dispenser empty on arrival on Friday, still empty on leaving on Monday. No temperature control on showers. Extractor fan not working, steamed out whole facilities despite opening windows. No visible sign the facilities were being cleaned all weekend Elsan point blocked and overflowing, disgusting. Kitchen wash area. Door encroaches on the associated landing at the top of the stairs; Contravenes building regulations and a serious accident is inevitable until defect is rectified.

Van de manager: Good Morning Rik, We are thankful for the lovely review and we completely understand you had issues with the midges, sadly it is the weather and climate that brings them out and not the surrounding vegetation. As a deterrent we sell citronella candles, incense sticks, bug spray and fire pits, but unfortunately for some, it's not enough of a deterrent. We are thankful you have focused on the positives around the site that we can manage, unfortunately, midges are an ongoing issue that we have no control over. Thank you again The Tyn Cornel Team

Ik was blij met Flat, clean site with close proximity to local town of Stockbridge. Clean facilities including showers and Elsa disposal site.

Ik was niet blij met Entrance gate a little difficult to open.

Ik was blij met Location, beautiful views and plenty of walks with views out to the Isle of Wight. Hosts were so very friendly and attentive. Loved the farm shop, the Asparagus was delicious. Excellent facilities for a wild camping site. Portaloos were sparkling clean and well stocked. Hand soap provided at washing point. Village a short walk with two pubs, didn’t get to sample their hospitality, but a perfect reason to return another time.

Ik was blij met Remote location with fantastic night sky(no light pollution). Rachael was absolutely a fantastic host, dropped off fire pit and wood. On-site portaloos were in good clean order with air fresheners and hand gel, nice touch. Easy access to South Downs path and only a short walk into village and the pub, the Star and Garter where a very warm welcome, good beer awaited.
