Ik was blij met Beautiful location, and this site has clearly been a 10 or 5 star, but see below

Ik was niet blij met New management - could not contact, did not reply to the provided phone number or email after multiple tries due to issues with electricity and WiFi. No one on site at any point over the bank holiday weekend. Toilet blocks not cleaned all weekend. Books and Games removed from the laundry room Shared fridge padlocked. No bins in wash-up. Bin store a walk away in heavy rain, and overflowing.

Ik was blij met Hotel quality shower block with immaculately clean facilities and underfloor heating a bonus. Superb! Jimmy even towed me out of a ditch when I accidentally reversed too far down the wrong bit of road in the dark 🤣 A lovely peaceful site

Ik was blij met Everything! The site was very well-thought out, and had everything required for a lovely few days in the peace and quiet. Hosts were welcoming and helped us find out pitch - both in person and via notices on their gates to the fields. Playground, good shower/toilet and wash-up facilities, well stocked honesty shop and by the River Eden. Two excellent pubs, a heated outdoor swimming pool and a 13th Century castle in walking distance. Absolutely recommend.

Ik was blij met Lovely site - clean, tranquil and nice little touches with fairy lights and BBQs and fire pits to borrow. Owners greeted us and nothing was too much trouble. Great location with lovely views. 10/10 and would highly recommend.
