Ik was niet blij met Just an observation. It seems to be situated near a train yard of some kind, so occasionally there was some related noise.

Ik was blij met Peace, quiet, lake & customer service. Great hotel with restaurant a few minutes walk away.

Ik was niet blij met While there was electricity, it wasn't the standard camping, round, 3 pin socket; it was a standard European socket like in a house.

Ik was blij met Facilities immaculate. Tent pitch area excellent. Mostly peaceful. Amazing restaurant. Friendly welcome.

Ik was niet blij met Some road noise as tent pitches closer to road than rest of site. Maybe my oversight, but despite phenomenal & clean WC/shower facilities, I didn't find any communal kitchen/washing up facilities (big sink & draining board). Had to wash pots under water tap which didn't feel right.

Ik was blij met I love this campsite; been here 3 times. It's a expected: friendly, well equipped & peaceful, with a great location.

Ik was blij met Everything. The nicest hosts, great food & conversation & a totally peaceful pitch by a wide & comforting river. Beautiful scenery & amazing driving roads.

Ik was blij met Utterly peaceful, although only 10 people on the site probably helped, probably due to the rain. I could even tent camp right next to kids' play area so I could use the covered table area. Immaculate & even heated WC facilities, with laundry, hair dryers & nice hot showers. Admittedly it's NOT literally on the lake, so don't expect to have a pitch right by it; but it's close enough, & the marvelous restaurant overlooks the lake & serves great food. The town is quiet & friendly & only a 20min walk. And if you like supermarkets.... there is a HUGE L'Èclerc (spelling?) where you can buy everything from camping equipment to asparagus!

Ik was blij met Everything. Super helpful staff. Excellent English spoken. Clean. Easy & pleasant walk to beach & small town. Lovely venues to eat/drink. For a supermarket you'll need transport; more than a walk. Covered & heated pool was the icing on the cake. I'll definitely return.
