Ik was blij met Location, space and facilities. Just a short flat cycle into the town and we had a perfect spot overlooking tue racecourse.

Ik was blij met Lots of greenery, very quiet, flat pitch. Perfectly located for train station, local pub (10% discount on food), shops, an excellent bakery and surrounding Suffolk places we wanted to visit. It’s quirky so each toilet & shower hut has its own set of rules but they are clean and the water is hot. Good wifi

Ik was blij met Flat pitch, fairly near the main road but quiet at night. Near really good walks and pubs. We never met the host but communicated via WhatsApp effectively. The site was spotlessly clean with really nice touches. Would def revisit

Ik was blij met Great farm shop on site with good cafe. Flat pitch with water & EHU. HOT showers. Location near a station so easy to head into Norwich or explore the coast.

Ik was blij met Notice on the door to explain where we should park up. The heated shower block. Welcome and friendly reception on our departure Near a busy road but away from it enough to be very quiet.

Ik was blij met We were welcomed with smiles & an an excellent briefing sheet showing us the delights of the surrounding area. The site is very pretty, quiet and beautifully appointed with a communal room with kettle, microwave, toaster, wifi & lots of comfortable seating. Loads of hot water & showers worked well. We were advised to move our van upto a higher point just in case the rains came which was very thoughtful. Loved our first 2 nights in our new to us campervan.
