Ik was blij met Pitch size. Canal walk. Water and electric by pitch but kept tripping.

Ik was niet blij met Site was relatively quiet which unfortunately speaks volumes. Shower and toilet facilities need some work! Other campsite users not clearing up after themselves. Multiple cars for minimal caravans. No site map or contact from site owner regarding gate codes and general campsite use. Booked for two days but left after 1. Sorry but won’t be going back.

Ik was blij met Everything! What an absolute gem of a place. Amazing facilities and friendly owners. Lovely hot clean showers. Water and electric on pitch. Small pub on site. Totally deserves a 10.

Ik was blij met Great location with lovely views. Upgraded showers and toilets. Hot water, clean. Huge pitch! Dog walking field very handy with lots of poo bins. Laminated information about local walks. Water and electric on pitch. Great site.

Ik was blij met Location, friendly site, hot water showers on five minute timer. Clean basic facilities. Recycling. Fresh eggs. Good access to Peak District and nice pub within walking distance.

Ik was blij met Warm welcome with cake. Easy walk to town and canal walk. Hot clean showers. Electric and water close to pitch. Would visit again.

Ik was blij met Fabulously clean, tidy, great pitches with close by services. The food at the bar is great washed down with a cool beer. Just what was needed if you are short on time and supplies. Helpful and polite staff. Stayed here whilst visiting son at local RAF base and we are definitely going to rebook.

Ik was blij met Fabulous site geared up for the family. Plenty of stuff to do for the kids, vibrant, noisy and great staff. If you are a solo traveller like myself wanting some piece and quiet, this maybe not for you.

Ik was niet blij met Lovely new shower block but could do with several floor squeegees dotted around so the public can clear their (hairy) water remnants down the drain.
