Ik was blij met Again another satisfying stay here... - Clean bathroom facilities - Beer reasonable price - Food reasonable price & good quality. - Staff were attentive & polite. - Electric Metered but reasonable price

Ik was niet blij met Bit of a pong at the front of the pub from the waste tank ? But was okay in the campsite and rear garden area. Dish-washing area is in need of an update but bathroom facilities are excellent. Also, would be appreciated if campsite users were offered some level of discount on pub food or reduced campsite rate for repeat visits especially if 2 or more nights. Despite bringing my own beers, we spent quite a few £'s on meals and drinks.

Ik was blij met Visited for a 2-night stay in our caravan and I've got to say, a very peaceful and tranquil space. The food at the pub was outstanding and I could not fault it. Obviously I've not sampled everything but what I did have was delicious. Staff were very attentive and polite.

Ik was blij met Excellent site. Plenty of space, lovely adults only and lovely and peaceful. Will definitely visit again. Added bonus of the pub/restaurant within 60 seconds of the campaign area. Staff great, welcoming and caring. Keep up the good work.

Ik was blij met NOTHING - WE WERE MADE TO FEEL UNWELCOME AND EVENTUALLY LEFT BEFORE THE END OF OUT 10 DAY STAY DUE TO ANXIETY AND STRESS CAUSED BY THIS EXPERIENCE

Ik was niet blij met TOTAL DISREGARD and NO RESPECT towards customers who had cause to raise a complaint for NO HOT WATER every day for the first 4 days of our stay. Made to feel unwelcome and unvalued to the point where we eventually abandoned our stay before our last stay. Team at reception did not acknowledge or accept our complaint, refused to acknowledge via email despite several requests, were patronising when approached and at one point, VERY RUDE. A simple appology or a small token gesture would have been suffice but absolutely NOTHING BUT CONTEMPT from the reception team. All we had was "well it was OK last night", or "we'll send somone over" but it transpired that the Boiler is on a timer and was too short a time to cater for the demand of a full site but they didn't seem to care. At no point were we advised that hot water is only available between the hrs of X and Y but when you pay, you should expect basic hot water at anytime of the day or night. A DREADFUL EXPERIENCE and we'll NEVER VIST AGAIN so BE WARNED my fellow travellers. Will be writing to their MD direct but doubt we'll receive a reply as we were advised our mail had been forwarded to the owner but still NOTHING! Do yourself a favour and look elsewhere and avoid this site unless they address their customer relations skills.
