Ik was blij met Gatton Waters is a brilliant site - from spotless facilities, large pitches, a superb on-site bar (incredible value - large wine £5.50, pint of Level Head £4.70) and staff that can't do enough for you. Wi-fi works smoothly across the entire site and the pub has plenty of books/games/etc. to keep you entertained if you want a digital detox. We planned on walking into Hillington to catch the bus to Kings Lynn but got our timings wrong, and the staff were kind enough to give us a lift to the bus stop without asking. Sadly had some weather related issues, but Mark was brilliant and helped to discard of our broken kit without fuss and made sure everything was fine. There's a fab walk into Castle Rising through woodlands and fields away from the roads - a straightforward step by step guide is available to download on the website. Will definitely be back to Gatton Waters!

Ik was niet blij met Not a dislike for us - but please be aware that if you want to head out on a bus trip to Hunstanton/Kings Lynn there are limited services. Lovely to stay on site and the fishing lake is bliss, but if you're someone that likes to get up and out you will probably need a car/rely on cabs.

Ik was blij met Fantastic site! We returned for the first time since 2024 and were thrilled to find Ben's Bar and Cinema is now open. There is a brilliant atmosphere and the bar itself is reasonably priced. When we first visited in 2024 the reception hours weren't great (completely our fault), so it was lovely to see the opening hours longer and the electric now 'self serve' instead of needing the staff to manually do it. 10/10 service! The location is fantastic for heading further into Norfolk - simply walk through the Kissing Gate and across the main road then follow the river into Dersingham and jump on the 34/35/36. We caught the 36 and a return ticket all the way to Wells Next The Sea was £10 each. The showers were consistently hot and kept spotless throughout. We never had to queue, and there were plenty of signs for extra toilets/showers across the site. Quiet time is from just after 9pm which everyone on site respected - no one was overly loud at any time so the peaceful site was perfect.

Ik was blij met Another great stay at Boat Lane - fantastic location for walks along the Trent. We headed one way towards Farndon via Fiskerton and stopped at the wonderful 'The Bromley' in Fiskerton on the way back - excellent selection of food and drink and reasonably priced. Then walked the other way the next day for a ~2.5 hour stroll all the way to Gunthorpe. If you enjoy good walks this is the site for you. The site itself is peaceful, other guests are respectful and the facilities are ideal for a few nights away (fridge, freezer, washing up, kettle, microwave, toilets, showers, etc.)

Ik was blij met - Big pitch - Tranquil site - Good location for walks (we did the Southwell loop which was around 11 miles via Fiskerton -> Brinkley -> Southwell -> Brackenhurst - Bleasby) - Easy to get food delivered if needed

Ik was blij met Brilliant site perfectly set between Bourne and Stamford. We had the grass pitch with electric hook-up and absolutely loved it - the pitch was spacious, quiet and close to all facilities. Toilets and showers were spotless and David couldn't do enough for us upon arrival and throughout our stay. The bus (101) takes you into Bourne, from there catch the 201 into Stamford - or you can walk up to Baston around the back of the site where there's a lovely pub called The White Horse. It was perfect for a few days and we'll definitely look to re-book!

Ik was niet blij met Nothing, no faults whatsoever. Other reviews mentioned noise from the road - and while it is a busy road I wouldn't say it was overly noisy from the pitches. No wifi, but don't want to deduct a star as unfair. Signal (both EE and Tesco) worked perfectly with 4/5G.

Ik was blij met LOVE Camper Leisure UK. It was the first site we visited when we first bought our van last winter, and decided to go back to see how it was in the summer - so glad we did. Although busier than February, it was still tranquil and peaceful throughout with other guests respecting the serenity. The games room was still well equipped (we remembered to bring our own darts for the dart board) with pool table, football table, TV, etc. Lovely pub in Harby (10 min walk away) called The Bottle and Glass, and if you want to walk a bit further into Saxilby I recommend The Anglers - can also get a train into Lincoln within 10 mins from Saxilby or a cab back to Camper Leisure UK for approx £9. All in all I think we'll be back soon!

Ik was niet blij met Nothing - all great! Could do with a little shop for bits and bobs you forget to pack, but not really missed for a weekend away.
