Ik was blij met Extremely friendly welcome upon arrival and all throughout our stay. A very precise site induction ensured everyone (even the kids) were aware of the do’s and don’ts which was important considering the recent local forest fires. A small but very sociable fire pit/cafe/reception area which was well used, with the owners joining in. All facilities were immaculately clean and well stocked at all times.

Ik was blij met The location is superb - lovely views, river right next to the van (stayed in a camper van) and a walk that we took our dog on. Really nice to have some freedom over where to park and not having to ‘line up’ with other campers.

Ik was niet blij met Not really a dislike but having arrived in sub zero temperatures the toilets were out of action due to having frozen pipes, along with no water. This doesn’t bother us at all as we came prepared for the weather but others may not have.

Van de manager: Hi Gary Glad you enjoyed your stay and came prepared for the winter conditions. On the info available prior to booking We warn that water etc may be turned off during cold spells. BUt you are right, some people may not come prepared. Glad you did Its warmed up now , so do come again in better weather. best wishes Jenny
