Ik was blij met Had a wonderful 7 night stay here on pitch 1, which was a tent pitch on decking with electric hookup. Were are a family of 2 adults and a 7 year old. We had never camped on decking before but the fish hooks wre easy to use. The grounds keeper was very friendly and helpful on all occasions as were the kind and informative staff in reception and cafe. The toilets and showers were never dirty and always had space for everyone, no queues. Family shower rooms were great. The facilities building is heated and has local radio playing too which was lovely on cold mornings or while doing the washing up in the evening. My daughter enjoyed the playground, feeding the animals, and adventures down stream. It was a good spot to venture out and we day trips to Castles, beaches, railways, and the mach loop. Even had and F15 and Atlas fly over the campsite. Would recommend fully and hope to go back one day.

Ik was blij met Hosts were friendly and welcoming. The open bbq area in the memorial copse was really nice. Big open field with lots of space for kids on bikes and ball games, didn't feel crowded, with views of sunrise and sunset. The toddlers like waking up to sheep and Moorhens in the pond. Local walks and parks and short drive to supermarkets. Toilets were mostly clean and didn't often have to queue.

Ik was niet blij met Only one shower and one washing up sink. Don't off ice pack freezing. Grass was quite long when we arrived and the field has a few bumps in so make sure you pick a good spot (its free roam so could pitch anywhere)
