Ik was niet blij met Showers were awful, very small, unable to put clothes in a dry space, no seat/shelf, just a hook on the door which was hanging off. One block of toilet/showers for all fields. No bins for dog waste and so lots of dog waste on fields. Nowhere to empty water waste. Given wrong information of pitch, had to agree with another guest which pitch we would both use.

Van de manager: In the larger toilet/shower block there is 1 hook on the inside of the showers for towels (shampoo etc.. would have to be placed on the floor as shelves would reduce the amount of space in them) and 1 hook on the outside to hang clothes or a bag on. The smaller shower block has space inside the cubicle for changing and hanging clothes on. There is a seat in the disabled shower for limited mobility guests. There are about 10 dog waste bins around the site which get emptied frequently. The chemical and grey waste is in a separate building with lots of signage right next to the showers and toilets. You were given C4 (C4 & C5 share the same water tap and is clearly marked on the pitch) your pitch number was written on the front of your check-in card and a map of C field highlighting your pitch and shown where the bridge to the showers and toilets are (in-between pitches C7 & C8). C5 was occupied by regular guests who have used this pitch several times.

Ik was niet blij met Hardcore instead of tarmac hardstanding/roads/pavements, difficult to sit outside motorhome due to hardcore surface and no grass, outdoor rug damaged from large stones. Very dusty with traffic/farm vehicles driving by constantly.

As i’m sure we appreciate your stay was towards the end of eight weeks of hot weather and no rain so even slow passing traffic and small gusts of wind produced unwelcome dust. Ik was niet blij met Shame about the travellers playing load music after returning from the club. Brave neighbours went and had a quiet word and security checked and few times.

Ik was blij met Wonderful Easter break at Hill Pond. Lovely clean site, new toilet/shower block which is constantly cleaned. We will definitely be staying at Hill Pond again. Walking distance of local pub/food, easy to visit Exeter and all attractions.

Ik was blij met lots of room to pitch tent, gazebo and car. Great for large groups enjoying and celebrating. Staff were very welcoming and the cakes were wonderful

Ik was niet blij met Did not like the compost toilets, back to back and being able to hear other campers. Mains toilets would have been wonderful. Sinks were outside without cover, we were lucky the weather was lovely but would have got very wet if it had rained. Brushing teeth next to someone washing up, vanity sinks inside by the showers with a mirror for shaving would have been great.
