Ik was blij met Friendly staff.

Ik was niet blij met Dirty, rats, toilets wouldn’t flush, no hot water to shower, rules regarding E-scooters not enforced, noise beyond specified timings and not policed, kids pool not open, so difficult for small children to enjoy the outdoor pool, pitches were full of litter( fag ends and rubbish within the hedges. Overall not a great experience, to the point we left on Tuesday, 3 days earlier due to the poor conditions. The rats were the final straw. We will not be returning and if there was a mechanism to get reimbursed, I would definitely be pursuing this option.
