Ik was blij met We loved the quirkiness of being in a spacious open field on our own space with army vehicles surrounding us. Staff were very helpful attentive, friendly and available for our questions and any support we needed. The army truck pod had all the basic cooking requirements. Had our own porta loo and nice hot shower.

Ik was niet blij met It is a very basic accommodation, luckily we had brought a mattress topper which helped ease the comfort as this could have been a less comfy experience. As we had fantastic weather a fridge would have been a bonus.

Ik was blij met On the grounds of the lovely pub which serves great food and gluten free and well behaved dogs allowed in the bar.

Ik was niet blij met As we are a young family early to bed, some noise from cheery drunk pup goers near closing time. Only one ladies toilet n shower.

Van de manager: I am sorry that you did not enjoy your stay with us. We have never had any problems with cheery drunk pup goers before as we are not really a drinkers pub but we are more a eating place although we do have comfy chairs should you wish to stay after. I can only presume that they were celebrating a birthday or something. Nearly all the time we are closed before 11pm. With regards to the shower and toilet we only have 8 caravans we are also open from 10am through the day where should you require additional toilets they are available, we are also this year providing another shower. Could I just say though that all year we have never had any problems, although people have commented but have said it was never a problem with them. At lot of our reviews have said how peaceful the site is, but not all sites suit everyone as this does not suit your requirements. On the pitchup website it does say that we are by a pub/restaurant on the description, perhaps you were just unlucky. I do hope it did not ruin you trip completely.
