Ik was blij met Nice peaceful site. Very quiet. Friendly, helpful owners who know a lot about the area. Shower block was spotless, lovely hot showers with good pressure and no push buttons! Signal was good for phones. Lots of different walks to take the dogs on. We didn't make use of it but several takeaways will deliver to site. Decent size pitches that are all relatively flat. Would come and stay again for a chill weekend.

Ik was blij met Large spacious pitches. Very flat, no need for levelling chocks. Peaceful. Quiet. Jimmy was very friendly and helpful, comes round once a day to check everyone is doing ok. New shower/toilet block is modern, clean and the showers are excellent. Can't fault the facilities. Space to walk dogs around pond on campsite. Great phone signal (EE) and onsite WiFi. Easy access for larger vehicles. Had a lovely stay!

Ik was blij met Lovely peaceful site. Flat fully serviced pitches. Choice of pitch when you arrive. Great location for exploring the Yorkshire Dales. Extremely dog friendly with an enclosed dog field and a dog wash shed with shampoo and hairdryer. Toilet/shower block was immaculate. TV aerials provided for each pitch (although we didn't use this). 4g WiFi provided but again we didn't use this. Short drive to supermarkets in Skipton.

Ik was blij met Fully serviced pitches, dog friendly and right on the West Highland Way. Places to eat within short walking distance. Plenty of walking direct from site. Lovely river running down the side of the site. We had good phone signal so didn't try the WiFi. The food outlet on site was a nice addition. It was pretty quiet for our stay, although we were next to the play park which could have been noisy if the weather was better. Staff very friendly and welcoming.

Ik was niet blij met It was a struggle to get a hot shower. There are signs to say that during busy periods the water may take a while to heat back up but this is somewhat inconvenient. If you waited til later in the day it could be scolding hot and there is no temperature adjustment. Another shower block would be beneficial for the size of the site.

Ik was blij met Lovely peaceful site with great views, free roaming chickens & decent size pitches. Modern, clean facilities. Showers do have a quirk to getting them to work but they're beautifully hot and good pressure. Very friendly owner. Footpaths direct from the site and an information shed with pre planned walks & os map of the area. Dog friendly with a lovely dog wash. Perfect place to get away from it all!

Ik was blij met Extremely peaceful, quiet, small site within 10 minutes walk to miles of sandy beach. Dog friendly, basic site where you can relax and unwind. Friendly owner with lots of knowledge of surrounding area. Pitches are quite large and pretty flat.

Ik was niet blij met Only minor really but the shower wasn't tall enough for my 6ft partner and he did hit his head on a beam into the chemical waste point. Nothing major though, just something to be aware of and is more than manageable. Another point to note is to bring your own toilet roll (perhaps this could be added to the info when booking).

Ik was blij met Small number of pitches surrounded by sheep, chickens, goats & a Shetland pony. Lovely views from the pitches. Friendly owners. Very nicely done shower room & washing up area etc. Had everything on site that we needed. Close to lots of local attractions and walking. Very peaceful & relaxing.

Ik was blij met Lovely little site with only a small number of pitches. Nice views, quiet and good facilities. Very easy reach to the coast.

Ik was blij met Very quiet and peaceful site with small areas of a few pitches so it feels quite private for the size of the site. Excellent shower and toilet facilities. Dog walks straight from the site and plenty of dog bins around. Short drive to Hadrian's wall and many fort sites. We arrived outside reception opening hours but our welcome info was left where it was easily found and our pitch was located easily with the map provided.

Ik was blij met Liked the pitches. The shower block was modern and warm. Nice tea shop on site at the house. Archies farm would be good for kids if you have them. Very close to Buxton centre. Friendly staff.

Ik was niet blij met Shower block would be too small if site was busy. Only one peg to hang your towel and clothes on in each cubicle. It would be nice if there was a small shop selling bread etc.
