Ik was blij met Perfect for families - lots of children so always someone for my children to play with and felt comfortable letting kids be kids. The paved paths and gated entry meant it felt safe for children to ride their bikes around. The site was kept incredibly clean and the pitches were beautiful. Reasonably priced for a fully serviced hard standing touring pitch. There's absolutely loads to do in the area - country pubs and cafes including some with play areas are a short drive or bike ride away. Site team were absolutely lovely, professional, helpful and friendly.

Ik was niet blij met Needs a pump on the family bathroom shower as at first, we turned it to hot and absolutely nothing came out due to such low pressure not even able to push it up to the shower head. Had to call someone out to mess about with it.

Ik was blij met Location and friendly staff

Ik was niet blij met Availability of drinking water - water was available from blue pipes located close to the waterside just outside of the campsite. However, this water source was also hired out to the boats that moored there. This meant that it was very difficult to obtain water as the pipes were constantly in use by boat users. The second pipe had such a large puncture no water at all was coming from the end. It would be more helpful if the campers had a more accessible water source such as their own tap. Parking - we arrived at the car park on a horrible rainy day and were expected to lug all of our stuff to the campsite backwards and forwards for a 10 min walk each way. However, when we arrived at the campsite, we noticed another entrance for cars and other campers cars all parked just outside the campsite which was much for convenient. It would have been helpful if this was clear earlier to avoid getting extra wet and wasting time. Clearly they want to keep cars away from the campsite but it was extremely quiet and everyone had their car there. Shame there are no showers, would have liked to stay longer but this stopped us. If possible, a toilet and shower block would really add to this campsite.
