Ik was blij met Everything! Lovely site Compost toilets now in the field since we came last time - Clean and working well - happy days! The estuary is just gorgeous with the stream Shop has also had a makeover and has lots of stock

Ik was blij met We adored this campsite so much! It could be the perfect site!! We loved the wild grass and moved out pitches so everyone was spread out! Each pitch has its own fire pit area and it’s own picnic bench We loved the little tiles with wildlife on to name each pitch. Gorgeous hot showers and clean toilets ✔️ Dave the owner was so friendly and made us feel very welcome. We loved the stream on the site, perfect for our little one to paddle in

Ik was blij met We loved the friendly welcome and the chickens! The owners were very accommodating when we asked to camp in another part of the field! Very helpful and chilled out We only stayed one night but would stay here again :) Nice toilets and showers too.

Ik was blij met Everything! It was a beautiful campsite, the scenery was beautiful and the children’s play area was brilliant! The river was nearby and had kayaks! Oh and the toilets were spotless. (And also very cool decor! ) The shared kitchen was thoughtful and clean! We were greeted on arrival and shown around, very friendly team running this place.

Ik was blij met The site itself was ok Site was spacious people who where camping there were very lovely Nice beach 15 min walk away They allowed fires Cute dogs everywhere

Ik was niet blij met The price is for high end camping and it was not that kind of site! Which we are ok with but we felt like there should have been more for your money! Portaloos like festival toilets , full very quickly and ended up being smelly and unclean - wasn’t too bothered about the portaloos at first , if they were clean, but they weren’t. In the tap station, there was only 1 tap No hot water , there was a kettle you could heat up Thistles everywhere A German couple came on site at 10pm and they didn’t know where to camp or where to go etc , felt disorganised. 1 cold shower and 1 Luke warm shower for the whole site To be honest I never leave negative reviews but just feel like we were really short changed at this site. This site has loads potential but isn’t there, feels cheeky to charge the amount they do. We would go back if they lowered their prices or upgraded their site a bit!

Van de manager: The portaloo toilets have been used by some Motorhome users for disposing of they're own toilet waste . There are 2 standing taps with drinking water , one sink unit with draining board outside of the field kitchen which also has sink unit and facility for the boiling of hot water. Two hot showers on site although one is out of action as someone broke off the shower head. There are no thistles in the main camping area, but people have the choice to camp in the field along with the long grass and thistles Although we might have to review this as some campers choose to climb over the fence and don't like being asked to go through the gates. The price reflects the running costs of the campsite , public liability , gas bottles for showers, toilet hire mowing areas off grass , etc.. and advertising fees as we pay booking fees to the advertisers .
