Ik was blij met The staff and the wardens were super friendly and they went above and beyond during our stay. The facilities were excellent (pool, sauna and jacuzzi). Everything was clean. They had pop up food shacks, so didn't have to cook if you didn't want to. We had a fantastic stay and we are looking forward to booking again. Wifi signal was excellent.

Ik was niet blij met The toilets were fithy everyday when we made a complaint the warden went and tidied swished a brush around to toilets but a proper clean wasn't done until later that day every day after they were dirty with toilets blocked and left without flush I visited the ladies and there were two young girls messing around in there wetting the floor with the mop meant for the showers leaving toilet roll all over the floor. The site was not clean they tell you to.pick up after your dog this was not done on the site or in the dog area with dog mess everywhere. We were right next to a road which can only be described as like been like a motorway with tractors,motor bikes and car zooming up and down all hours of the day and night. Then just up the road is a go kart track where you can race bikes or go karts so all you can hear is the roar of bikes and go kart (no chance to relax with all that noise). The site looks fantastic on paper but in reality it is definitely does not live up to any reviews we read before booking. We have given the accommodation 5 stars as it was our own caravan. I can honestly say this is the worst site we have ever stayed on we would not recommend it to our worst enemy. We think the owners/wardens need to think about reviewing their cleaning schedules, allowing children to mess around in the toilets and allowing people to get away with not clearing up after the dogs.

Van de manager: Pennie I am so sorry you didn't have a good experience with us. Toilets are deep cleaned once a day and we check them every few hours every day. Without having them consistently monitored, we are always at the mercy of how people leave them - especially difficult during peak times. From your photos, the toilets look generally clean aside from the toilet paper. The blocked toilet is obviously inexcusable and this was rectified as soon as we were aware of it. In light of these comments I am making our contact details more visible so we can be alerted quicker to any issues 24hrs a day - there is always a warden on duty and our reception is open 9 - 6 every day. We are next to the go kart circuit. Activities there are 10 -5 and never on a Sunday. We do not allow 'people to get away with not clearing up after the dog' - we have 0 tolerance to dog mess and anyone caught leaving it on our park will be asked to leave. We have dog bins around the park for customers to use which are emptied daily. Again, we are very much at the mercy of the people using the park, We are a small team here and family owned and run and we really take pride in our park. Your comments have really been taken to heart and we will endeavour to improve the management of things that our within our control here.

Ik was blij met Excellent hosts we were offer a drink on arrival the site is lovely and quiet beautiful location the shower block is modern and spotlessly clean. We would highly recommend and can't wait to stay again.

Ik was niet blij met Muddy pitch but that can't be avoided and was down to the weather we will stay on hard standing next time.

Ik was niet blij met Showers and toilet facilities need a major upgrade often cold also waiting for boiler part seems they forgot about the tents and touring customers
