Great family park

Lovely to hear you enjoyed your stay with us at the park especially the peaceful location, clean facilities, and of course, the abundance of rabbits (they’re a hit with guests of all ages). Thank you for recommending us to families with children or dogs it means a lot. We totally understand that entertainment options may be more geared toward younger families, but it’s great to hear you still appreciated the atmosphere. We also appreciate your feedback about walks from the site. While there are some scenic routes a short drive away due to our coastal location unfortunately there are no options directly from the site. |

lovely to hear that you enjoyed you stay with us and you found everything clean and tidy. the park is situated on a hill side facing the sea so can be challenging for some on foot but we do have lots of parking available both at the top and bottom of the park. |

We do understand the hill to the beach can be a bit of a challenge, especially for guests with back problems, and we really appreciate you sharing that feedback. We’ll continue to look for ways to make the park as accessible as possible. Regarding the WiFi charges in your caravan but we do offer free WIFI whilst in our main complex but we will feedback to the management team. |

Please accept our sincere apologies for the disruption, especially the frightening incident involving your tent and the impact it had on your children. Your safety and comfort, particularly that of families with young children, should always be a top priority and we deeply regret that this standard was not met. The behaviour you described is completely unacceptable and not in line with the experience we aim to provide. We are currently reviewing our night-time security procedures and bar policies to ensure incidents like this are prevented in the future. We also apologise that no one from the antisocial behaviour team followed up as promised. This is being looked into internally to understand where the communication breakdown occurred, as we take guest reports of such incidents very seriously. While we understand your decision not to return, we hope you’ll consider this message as a sign that your feedback is being taken seriously and is prompting real action. If you’re open to discussing the matter further or if you’d like to share any additional details, please don’t hesitate to contact us. We still hold up on our offer to refund the cost of your tent poles, damaged in this incident and express our regret for the experience. Once again, we apologise for the upset caused and thank you for bringing this to our attention. |
