Yoga classes and gong baths to centre yourself, cycling trails of varying degrees of difficulty (and within a spectacular forested setting) to keep those legs well toned, and alfresco movie nights to relax. If that sounds like an excellent way to spend a holiday, book a spot at Basecamps Cerdanya. Easily accessed from the N260 road, this dog-friendly site is a 10-minute drive from the town of Puigcerdà, in the northeastern Spanish province of Girona (and a 10-minute drive from the French border, too). The activities mentioned above are just the tip of the iceberg at this peaceful stop in the Catalonian mountains. Guests can also take part in survival classes, learn the ins and outs of mushroom picking or pottery, and listen to local experts on various subjects during campfire talks. And if you’re worried about what your tweenager will get up to while you have a go at any of those, don’t fret: the folks at Basecamps Cerdanya have got child entertainment all sewn up, too. Would your child be into wildlife watching, for example? Perhaps they would prefer to take part in a cookery class? Or relish the chance to stay up later than their usual bedtime for a spot of guided stargazing? If Kids’ Club fails to come up with the goods, the outdoor pool is usually a hit with guests of all ages. The site also has a café/restaurant serving local specialities, and during the summer, paella is cooked alfresco in a huge pan to feed the residents.

  • Minderjarigen (18-) dienen te worden vergezeld door een ouder en/of officiële voogd.
  • Op deze camping zijn hondenrassen/kruisingen die in de 'lijst met hoog-risico honden op agressief gedrag' zijn opgenomen, niet toegestaan (zoals de pitbullterriër, tosa, Argentijnse dog en fila brasileiro). Ook de volgende rassen zijn niet welkom: de staffordshire-bulterriër, Amerikaanse staffordshireterriër, rottweiler en mastiff.
  • Het buitenzwembad is geopend tussen 01/06 en 30/09 (afhankelijk van de weersomstandigheden).
  • De camping staat alleen kleine honden toe, met een gewicht tot 15 kilo.
  • Auto's/motoren zijn niet toegestaan op de staplaats/bij de accommodatie. Deze moeten worden geparkeerd op de daarvoor bestemde plekken.
  • Tenten zijn niet toegestaan op het park.

Ik was blij met El camping es precioso, tranquilo, y se esta muy bien, es limpio tienen buena comida algo cara pero esta muy bueno.

Ik was niet blij met A las tiendas les falta el forro interno, como no está puesto hay un problema, primero aue hay en el camping muchas moscas i muchos muchísimos bichos tijeretas. Como no estan los forros internos de las tiendas se cuelan muchisimos tijeretas, los encuentras por todos lados, en sábanas, suelo, techo, entre las varillas de la tienda, en los cajones, dentro de la neverita... Vamos en todos lados. Por ese motivo nos tuvimos que ir a la 1 de la madrugada porque no podiamos dormir sabiendo que rondaba esto por todos lados.

Nos sorprende mucho lo que nos comentas, ya que, hemos revisado la comunicación que habéis tenido con nuestro equipo y en ningún momento durante vuestra estancia nos consta hayáis dicho nada al respecto. De hecho, vuestra reserva original era para 2 noches y habéis alargado a 3.
En cuanto al forro interior de las tiendas, desconocemos a qué te refieres, ya que, el modelo de tienda del cual disponemos no cuenta con ese dispositivo. Cómo habéis podido comprobar todas las ventanas de las tiendas, al igual que las puertas de acceso disponen de mosquiteras, aunque en un entorno natural resulta complicado luchar contra la naturaleza y los insectos. Utilizamos productos de tipo repelente, pero los resultados de los mismos no son infalibles.
Sentimos mucho que no hayáis podido disfrutar de vuestra estancia con nosotros y nos encantaría nos diérais otra oportunidad, en otra tipología de alojamiento (cabañas) en la cual el problema de los insectos no existe.

In Puigcerdà, the shore of Estany de Puigcerdà, in leafy Parc Schierbeck, is a top spot from where to admire the distant peaks of the Pyrenees. Raise your panoramic-view game by climbing up the Campanar de Santa Maria, the only remaining vestige of a long-destroyed church. Llívia (15 minutes’ drive), a little corner of Spain completely surrounded by France, is overlooked by a conical hill topped by the remains of the Castell de Llívia fortress. The Museo Municipal displays centuries-old medicinal jars and dusty bottles of solutions and balms. Just out of town, on the banks of the river Segre, Sant Guillem Park is a leafy spot with a playground. In the Catalan Pyrenees, La Molina (15 minutes) is a lively resort with a wealth of activities, ranging from hiking and mountain biking, to treetop adventures – and that’s just in the summer. In the winter, there’s skiing, Nordic walking and snowshoeing, plus spa facilities.
