And the facilities extend to your four-legged friend, too, with a dog park for afternoon walkies in the shade.
Accessed via a pedestrian underpass from the site, the private sandy beach is the big draw here. Adults can sunbathe and let the gentle waves lull them into a chilled-out state, while children splash around in the clear and shallow waters of the Adriatic Sea. When the sea is too rough, the action moves to the on-site swimming pool, which has an inflatable slide and aquagym lessons.
There’s plenty to keep sports enthusiasts busy – from tennis and basketball to beach volleyball and five-a-side football. If you think you’ve got the right stuff, you might want to take part in the mini tournaments organised on site. Alternatively, hire a bike and cycle along the seafront, past the village of Pedaso, to the pebble beach at Marina di Altidona (a 15-minute ride).
Barbecues are allowed, although you may well prefer to gorge on the regional specialties served at the on-site restaurant. And if you want to live on wood-fired pizza for the duration of your holiday, there are enough toppings available to make sure you never have the same pie twice.
There’s a mini market on site for snack and any bits and pieces you might need, and the site also has showers, a toilet block and a washing-up area, plus a launderette.

Lokale bezienswaardigheden
The medieval village of Campofilone is renowned for its pasta, so it’s well worth driving there to stock up on this artisanal product – and to admire far-reaching views of the coastline in one direction and the Sibillini Mountains in the other.
To the south, the city of San Benedetto (25 minutes’ drive) has a wide, palm-fringed seafront, plus an open-air art trail along the harbour that culminates in a large sculpture dedicated to Jonathan Livingston Seagull. Or you can head north, to the Parco del Conero (45 minutes) for hikes in the woods and secluded beaches.
Check out the town of Ascoli Piceno (40 minutes), with its Renaissance architecture. Stop for a typical anise-based drink and some people-watching at historic Caffè Meletti, in the elegant Piazza del Popolo, then visit the Archaeological Museum for an insight into the local area.
