Rustieke wildkampeerplek met weidse uitzichten en toegang tot wandelroutes, o.a. Snowdon. Welness is basic (toiletten, stromend water). Sommige plekken zijn schuin/drassig. Parkeren/toegangsweg kan lastig zijn. Schapen aanwezig, toiletgeur gemeld.

Ik was blij met Easy to find. Plenty of space. Quiet. Good ground. Beautiful views. Great for Snowdon. Would stay again. The toilets are a portable block with flushing toilets. They worked perfectly well for what was needed. I had a great stay.
It is an active field with sheep. I thoroughly enjoyed watching them mill around. Perhaps less attractive for those who may be a little more precious about being outdoors.
Also note there is no signal in this area. It's one of the best things about it!

Ik was blij met Excellent location and view.
Ik was niet blij met The parking arrangements are confusing. The website states that free parking is available, but upon arrival we were directed to a public car park with its own parking charges.
The toilet facilities are also not properly explained on the website. They appear to use a water recycling system that produces a very unpleasant smell, making the toilets quite challenging to use.

Van de manager: Thank you for your feedback and for staying with us. I’m sorry for any confusion regarding the parking. The “public parking” area you mentioned is actually part of our farmland, and we use it for campsite guests as well. Parking is completely free for anyone staying on the campsite, so there’s no need to pay.
I apologise if this wasn’t clear enough during your visit, and I’ll make sure the information is easier to find for future guests. Thank you again for coming to stay with us.

Ik was blij met Easy to find with the what 3 words. Site was as described. Ground good. Great location. The stream that flowed at the side of the fields was fresh and could paddle- (slippy stones so take some shoes).
We loved being around the sheep and cows too

Ik was blij met Quiet away from the hustle & bustle of even the usual campsites. Surroundings were stunning, think next time we will just do some walks from around the site.
Ik was niet blij met Nothing really. You explained what was on offer and we knew what we would be getting.
