Ik was blij met No one else there, dark skies with great stars, close to the four waterfalls walk, easy to find with good signage.

Ik was niet blij met Slopey field with some flat places which was difficult to pitch up

Ik was blij met The owners were very friendly and came around to gather the booking information during the afternoon. They only asked for the name on the booking and were with us for less than 30 seconds.

The site itself was very clean and spacious with plenty of spaces to choose from. The washing up area was clean and supplied with sponges, soap, anti-bacterial sprays and blue roll to dry if necessary. The toilets were kept clean and well stocked with nice quality toilet roll and soap. There was a problem with one of the sinks leaking which I reported when I found it during the evening and it was fixed and good as new withing a couple of hours.

I can not fault the site and would very much enjoy staying here again.

Ik was blij met We loved the views and the relaxed parking atmosphere. Everything was clean and excellent walking trails directly from the campsite.

Ik was niet blij met I can’t say that we disliked anything. Yes there’s limited showers and you needed a torch for the toilets on the main field but isn’t that part of the fun of camping. Suggest that you take levellers if in a van.

Ik was blij met No marked pitches, setup where you want.
Four waterfalls trail is only 3/4 mile away.
Local shop within walking distance (only takes cash).
Quiet, rural location.

Ik was niet blij met At the time of the stay there was no electricity in the toilet block (think - no lights at night).
Only 1 shower (of 3 in the main block) was working (see electricity problem).
The site is on a sloping field with limited flat areas for pitching up.
Fires built on the ground is allowed - which unfortunately means that many of the flat pitching areas had the remnants of fires/ash right where you want to pitch.

Ik was blij met Spacious pitches, campfires allowed, easy access in and out of the campsite. Good location, close to the 4 waterfalls hike.

Ik was niet blij met No electricity or hot water in toilets/showers. Very difficult to enjoy a freezing shower while it's raining outside.

Ik was niet blij met There was no electricity in the toilets, making them difficult to use at night, and none of the hot water taps were functioning in either the male or female toilets.

In addition, only one of the three showers had hot water while the other two were out of order. The shower units have wooden floors, and the wastewater drains directly onto the ground. As there is no proper drainage system, which causes a bad smell in the surrounding area.

Ik was niet blij met There are very few flat pitches; absolutely ridiculous sloped field.
There are two wc/shower blocks...one is close to the field and was a discrace; no lighting, no locks on doors, no hot water, no toilet paper.
The second block has two wc's only, very small sink area (one or two person max), and only one shower...this was very clean, but a bit pointless unless you want long que for shower and don't mind walking quite far to the wc.
There are no electric pitch options.
