Friels Bar and Restaurant

Ik was blij met Good location for a one or two night stop in a campervan, easy to pull up and settle in. Site is well maintained and the facilities are clean.

The restaurant and pub is excellent and staff are friendly.

Ik was niet blij met The unisex toilets and showers do not have floor to ceiling walls. They are cubicles with gaps at the bottom and top of adjoining stalls. But they are clean.

Ik was blij met We had a fantastic stay at friels motorhome stop and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, welcoming and relaxing place to stay.

The site is spacious, very clean and well maintained, with plenty of room to make your stay feel comfortable and enjoyable. The toilet and shower facilities are exceptionally clean, and there’s nothing better than a lovely hot shower after a day out!

The food is excellent, with generous portions and great quality. It’s definitely worth staying for a meal — you certainly won’t leave hungry!

The owners and staff are incredibly friendly, welcoming and helpful, which really makes you feel at home. The location is ideal and makes a great base for exploring the surrounding area.

One of the highlights is the small museum, which is an absolute must-see. It’s fascinating and well worth taking the time to visit.

The added bonus was the exceptional connection to wifi, the best we have come across.

All in all, a fantastic motorhome stop with excellent facilities, great food and genuinely lovely people. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be returning. Highly recommended!

Ik was blij met Excellent pitches with EHU and water, plenty of space to park and between each pitch. Other facilities great, toilets and showers.
Friels Bar and Restaurant absolutely super, staff very friendly and helpful.. food really lovely and service excellent. Will definitely be back

Ik was blij met It was an excellent stopover, toilets and shower, water and EHU. Had dinner and breakfast in restaurant, food was lovely. Staff were very friendly and we look forward to returning with our child and dog. Outdoor area is amazing.

Yes we have mix gender toilets and 2 showers on our site.
We are rarely full, except the very odd Saturday night and feel the facilities are fine when you consider our cheap rate of £20 per pitch.
